Oftentimes, as I am filming during a wedding day, I will hear things like "the one biggest thing that I regret about my own wedding day is not hiring a videographer" from a bridesmaid, guest or other vendor. I may be biased... but I can't help but agree! I truly think that the most valuable part of a wedding film is have real live moments captured that you might have missed. Your wedding day is a blur, and being able to relive it is priceless.
I take a very observational and vérité approach. I try not to stage much and focus on story first and foremost. I also make it a priority to capture moments as they happen, but cinematically, how the day FELT.
